Outstanding Customer Service! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and immediate readiness to assist. Jasmine knew exactly what I needed. Although the item wasn’t in stock, she quickly arranged for it to be ordered, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. Jasmine is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend her—this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.
Customer service from Amy was the best!! She was very helpful on choosing the right phone for our family needs. She helped us to surprise our daughter with her new phone for her birthday. Our account needed a lot of changes which took a lot of time but Amy was very quick and helpful on resolving the issues we had. Overall the service provided by her was excellent super happy she was our representative.

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store, thanks to Michelle! She made upgrading my phone incredibly smooth and stress-free. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect accessories, but she also took the time to transfer everything from one iCloud account to another seamlessly. I left the store with my new phone fully set up and ready to go, which was a huge relief. Michelle’s professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made the entire process a breeze. AT&T Riverbank location is definitely my go to. Miriam was very sweet helpful and did everything she could to help me and my husband while we were there. My phone got wet and had to be replaced and she helped get another iPhone . The process was easy. really appreciate her great service.
I went to the store to get another line and was expecting to pay so much more as you know how expensive it is… then Leah showed me a plan and I was surprised when my bill got reduced…. So the previous place wasn’t truly honest with me. Thanks to Leah I pay less on my phone bill. And now I have a regular store where I get everything from….. Thank you Leah for helping me….

Amazing service :) came in looking to switch phone companies and was meet by Carmen who was super nice and patient when it came to my questions. Her and Leah were so amazing they helped me switched two of my phones the whole time they were super sweet and nice. They made sure I was done by the time I had to get to work and made time fly by to fast. Over all amazing customer service and am so glad to be at AT&T with good workers like them.
We came in last week to change our service and it was like a breath of fresh air after the terrible experiences we had been having at our last phone company. The staff was so helpful, the deals we got were amazing, and the service they provide is fantastic. The best part though was Michelle - the associate who helped us through the entire process. She was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel welcomed, answered all of our questions, made sure we had the best of the best before we left, and was just a pleasure to speak with throughout the entire time we were there. She deserves a raise and the highest of praise for the amazing job she does. I am so grateful for the help we received and for finally being part of a phone company we actually like!!
